高速表贴式转子碳纤维护套冷套工艺研究

摘要 对高速表贴式永磁电机转子制作的工艺特点进行分析,解决了表贴式转子碳纤维护套冷套的技术难点。通过验证,确认液氮冷冻不会对转轴材料性能、磁钢性能和磁钢粘接胶强度等产生影响,证明了转子冷套工艺的可行性。 The process characteristics of high-speed surface-mounted permanent magnet motor rotor manufacturing are analyzed,while the technical difficulties of carbon fiber sheath cold sleeve of surface-mounted rotors are solved.It is confirmed that liquid nitrogen freezing does not affect the rotor shaft material performance and magnet performance as well as the magnet bonding adhesive strength through verification,to prove feasibility of the rotor cold sleeve process.
