水轮发电机磁轭压板制造工艺方法分析

摘要 针对传统机加工方式制作水轮发电机磁轭压板存在的工时长、费用高和工艺复杂的缺点,提出采用激光切割加工方法制作磁轭压板。通过对比分析机加工工艺和激光切割工艺的特点,明确激光切割不仅可以满足技术要求,还可以大大缩短磁轭压板的制造周期,提高加工效率,节约加工成本。 In view of the shortcomings of long working hour,high cost and complicated process of the traditional machining method,laser cutting process is proposed to manufacture the magnetic yoke pressure plate of hydrogenerator.By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of machining process and laser cutting process,it is clear that laser cutting not only meets the technical requirements,but also greatly shortens the manufacturing period of the magnetic yoke pressure plate,improve the processing effciency and save the processing cost.
