摘要
污染防治与多余物防控是提升航天产品质量的重要手段,针对航天电液伺服机构工作及使用特点,对产品的固体、液体、气体污染危害开展全面的研究分析工作,列出源头清单,逐个实施控制措施。通过设计、过程控制、管理等手段对多余物进行全要素控制,设计时将多余物控制作为优化设计的重要因素,按产品研制过程对多余物的风险环节逐一梳理并制定措施,管理上针对多余物开展原因分类分析并加强管控。综合采用高效的控制方法及工具,通过吸收、借鉴、探索与总结,研究适合航天产品的污染防控及多余物控制方法,并通过实践进行验证。
The paper emphasizes the significance of contaminants prevention and control of remainder particles in improving the quality of aerospace products.It conducts comprehensive research on solid,liquid,and gas contaminants hazards and compiles a list of contaminants sources with control measures implemented for each item.The study considers remainder particles control as an essential factor in optimizing the design during the design phase,and all elements of remainder particles are controlled through design,process control,and management.It also analyzes the risk factors associated with remainder particles and develops measures through the product development process in this study.It comprehensively employs efficient control methods and tools and verifies them through practice,which provides a framework to enhance the quality and competitiveness of aerospace products.
