摘要
围绕在轨卫星高可靠的需求,充分考虑太阳电池阵的物理特性及其在空间环境下的退化失效特点,以经典单二极管电池单元模型为基础,推导形成电池阵的伏安特性关系,形成电池阵最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)算法的解析模型,再根据失效阈值理论提出了空间环境下电池阵可靠性建模方法,并结合Simulink仿真通过了对模型的检验,并用蒙特卡洛方法完成了可靠度的计算。本文所提出的太阳电池阵列可靠性模型比之传统的串并联模型更加符合工程实际,可为卫星太阳电池阵可靠性设计提供参考。
This paper focuses on the demand for high reliability of in-orbit satellites,and fully considers the physical characteristics of solar arrays and their degradation failure characteristics in the space environment,the voltammetric characteristic relationship of the array based on the classical single diode cell model is derived,which forms the analytical model of the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)algorithm of the array,and proposes the reliability modeling method of the array in the space environment based on the failure threshold theory.The reliability modeling method is proposed based on the failure threshold theory,and the model is checked by Simulink simulation,and the reliability calculation is completed by Monte Carlo method.The reliability model of solar array proposed in this paper is more in line with the engineering reality than the traditional series-parallel model,and it is of great significance for the reliability design of satellite solar arrays.
