益经汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗卵巢早衰患者的效果

Effect of Yijing Decoction Combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets in the Treatment of Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure

目的:探究益经汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗卵巢早衰患者的效果。方法:选择2021年1月—2022年1月厦门市同安区中医医院收治的80例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片进行治疗,观察组则采用益经汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率,治疗前后的Kupperman评分、抗米勒管激素(AMH)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))及卵巢彩超结果(卵巢直径、窦卵泡数及子宫内膜厚度)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组Kupperman评分、AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)及卵巢彩超结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2个月、4个月后,观察组Kupperman评分及卵巢彩超结果显著优于对照组,FSH及LH显著低于对照组,AMH、E_(2)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益经汤联合雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗卵巢早衰患者的效果较好,且可显著改善患者的AMH、FSH、LH、E_(2)水平及子宫内膜厚度。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yijing Decoction combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure.Method:A total of 80 patients with premature ovarian failure in Xiamen Tong’an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets,the observation group were treated with Yijing Decoction combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets.Then the total effective rate,adverse reactions rate,and Kupperman scores,anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and ovarian color ultrasound results(ovarian diameter,sinus follicle number and endometrial thickness)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in Kupperman score,AMH,FSH,LH,E_(2)and ovarian color ultrasound results between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months and 4 months of treatment,the Kupperman score and ovarian color ultrasound results of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,FSH and LH were significantly lower than those in the control group,AMH,E_(2)were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yijing Decoction combined with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets in the patients with premature ovarian failure is better,and can significantly improve the levels of AMH,FSH,LH,E_(2)and endometrial thickness.
