认知神经及语言训练联合感觉统合训练应用于孤独症谱系障碍患儿的效果 被引量:1

Effect of Cognitive Nerve and Language Training Combined with Sensory Integration Training in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

摘要 目的:探讨认知神经及语言训练联合感觉统合训练应用于孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年5月荆门市康复医院收治的90例ASD患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予认知神经及语言训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予感觉统合训练治疗。比较干预前后两组事件相关电位及感觉综合能力、临床症状评分。结果:干预后,两组P3波幅均较干预前增高,P3潜伏期均较干预前缩短,且观察组P3波幅高于对照组,P3潜伏期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组感觉综合能力各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分和孤独症治疗评估表(ATEC)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:认知神经及语言训练联合感觉统合训练干预应用于ASD患儿的治疗中可以有效增强认知能力、改善感觉综合能力和临床症状。 Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive nerve and language training combined with sensory integration training in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Method:A total of 90 children with ASD from Jingmen Rehabilitation Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cognitive nerve and language training on the basis of routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with sensory integration training on the basis of the control group.The event-related potential,sensory comprehensive ability and clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention,the amplitude of P3 waves in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the latency of P3 were shorter than those before intervention,the amplitude of P3 waves in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the latency of P3 was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of various dimensions of sensory comprehensive ability in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the autism behavior scale(ABC)and autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cognitive nerve and language training combined with sensory integration training in the treatment of children with ASD can effectively enhance cognitive ability,improve sensory comprehensive ability and clinical symptoms.
