Notch信号通路与内皮-间充质转化及肺纤维化关系的研究进展

摘要 肺纤维化是一种慢性进行性的呼吸系统疾病,在老年群体中表现出很高的患病率。目前仍是一种难以治愈的间质性肺部疾病。近来研究表明,肺内皮细胞可通过内皮-间充质转化(EndMT)参与肺间质纤维化的形成和发展从而导致纤维化。Notch信号通路不仅广泛参与EndMT的过程而且广泛参与肺等器官的纤维化疾病,影响肺纤维化患者的预后。因此,本文主要对Notch信号通路与EndMT及肺纤维化的关系做一综述。 Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic progressive respiratory disease with a high prevalence in the elderly population.At present,it is still an intractable interstitial lung disease.Recent studies have shown that pulmonary endothelial cells can participate in the formation and development of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis through endothelium-mesenchymal transformation(EndMT),leading to fibrosis.Notch signal pathway is widely involved not only in the process of EndMT but also in the fibrosis of lung and other organs,which affects the prognosis of patients with pulmonary fibrosis.Therefore,this article mainly reviews the relationship between Notch signal pathway,EndMT and pulmonary fibrosis.
