宫瘤清颗粒联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫肌瘤的效果

Effect of Gongliuqing Granules Combined with Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Agonist in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:探究宫瘤清颗粒联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年2月东至县中医院收治的进行保守治疗的108例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(GnRH-a治疗)和联合组(宫瘤清颗粒联合GnRH-a治疗),各54例。观察比较两组治疗前后性激素[促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)]水平、子宫体积变化、月经量及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组LH、P、子宫体积、月经量均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫瘤清颗粒联合GnRH-a治疗能明显改善子宫肌瘤患者症状,有助于改善性激素水平,缩小子宫体积,减少月经出血量,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of Gongliuqing Granules combined with Gonadotropin-releasing Hormone Agonist(GnRH-a)in the treatment of uterine fibroid.Method:A total of 108 patients with uterine fibroid who were treated with conservative management in Dongzhi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(GnRH-a treatment)and combined group(Gongliuqing Granules combined with GnRH-a treatment)by random number table method,54 cases in each group.The levels of sex hormones[luteinizing hormone(LH)and progesterone(P)],changes in uterine volume,menstrual volume before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the LH,P,uterine volume,and menstrual volume of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gongliuqing Granules combined with GnRH-a can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with uterine fibroid,help to improve sex hormones levels,reduce uterine volume,reduce menstrual bleeding,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
