自清洁无机反射隔热轻质陶彩石的制备及性能研究

摘要 通过对成膜物质复配、反射隔热骨料种类及添加量、中空陶瓷微珠、降阻剂添加量等方面进行探究,发现成膜物质采用m(RS-706T)m:(S-8867)m:(无机材料)=(10~8)∶4∶(6~4)时,能够很好地兼顾粘结强度、耐沾污、初期耐水白之间的平衡;在反射隔热骨料中添加≤20%的中空紫砂、2.0%的中空陶瓷微珠时,可以大幅度提高隔热性能的同时,还能有效降低相对密度;降阻剂添加0.04%时,成膜物干燥速度适宜、施工性良好。最终制得了粘结强度高达1.09 MPa、耐沾污1级、初期耐水白优异、反射隔热性能优良、施工低耗量的自清洁无机反射隔热轻质陶彩石。 A study on the film-forming substance,type and amount of reflective insulation aggregate,hollow ceramic micro bead and resistance agent amount is carried out.It is revealed that using RS-706T,RS-8867 and inorganic material at mass ratio of(10~8)∶4∶(4~6)can well balance the bonding strength,stain resistance and initial water resistance.The addition of less than 20%hollow purple sand,2.0%hollow ceramic beads can greatly improve the thermal insulation performance while effectively reduce the specific gravity.The addition of 0.04%resistance agent can result in suitable drying speed and good coatability.The optimized self-clean inorganic reflection heat insulation light ceramic color stone is characterized by good bonding strength up to 1.09 MPa,grade 1 pollution resistance,excellent initial water resistance,excellent reflective heat insulation performance and low coating consumption.
