The automatic calibration device for instrument of testing mortar-strength by penetration resistance method is a special equipment for calibrating the metering characteristics of penetrating mortar-strength tester.It is mainly composed of microcomputer display instrument,high-precision force measurement device,laser displacement sensor,automatic PLC loading device and so on.Through the built-in servo motor to accurately control the loading speed,loading load and loading displacement,various types of penetrating mortar-strength tester are calibrated,reducing the errors that may be caused by the traditional calibration process,and improving the reliability and stability of the calibration results to a certain extent.
