供需视角下的公共图书馆视障用户信息无障碍服务模式

Information Accessibility Service Model for Visually Impaired Patrons in Public Libraries :A Supply and Demand Perspective

从供需视角出发研究信息无障碍服务,有利于提高公共图书馆视障用户服务水平,为公共图书馆无障碍服务的发展提供参考与指引。文章通过对作为需求方的视障用户和作为供给方的图书馆工作人员进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论的方法,探究公共图书馆视障用户信息无障碍服务需求和影响因素,并构建供需视角下公共图书馆视障用户信息无障碍服务模式;建议我国公共图书馆从服务理念、服务手段、服务场景以及服务技术等4个方面提高信息无障碍服务水平。

Studying information accessibility services from the perspective of supply and demand is conducive to improving the level of services for visually impaired patrons in public libraries,thus providing references and guidelines for the development of accessibility service in public libraries.Through in-depth interviews with visually impaired users as the demand side and library staff as the supply side,this article explores the demand and influencing factors of information accessibility services for the visually impaired users by means of the grounded theory.A model of information accessibility service for visually impaired patrons in public libraries is established.It is suggested that public libraries in China should improve information accessibility services in four aspects,including service concept,service means,service scenarios and service technology.
