人生回顾疗法重构村改居老人自我认同感的实证研究

Emperical Study on the Reconstruction of Self-identity of Village-to-Residence Elderly with Life Review Therapy

随着城镇化进程的加快,涌现出许多由“村”变“居”型的村改居社区。生活方式与价值观念的变化使村改居老人在生理和心理上出现不适应,进而引发自我认同感危机。以埃里克森社会心理发展理论为依据,对村改居社区中自我认同感较低的老人进行人生回顾疗法,使其在回顾生命历程中重新审视自我,提高自我认同感。调研结果表明,强化老年群体对过往人生经历的回顾及重建社会关系网络,对村改居老人自我认同感的提升具有重要影响,且其自我认同感的提升需要长期的干预与介入。

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,many“village”to“residence”community has emerged.The change of life style and value makes the village-to residence elderly be not adapted physically and psychologically,which leads to self-identity crisis.Based on Erikson’s theory of social psychological development,life review therapy is carried out on village-to-residence elderly with low self-identity,so that they can re-examine themselves and improve their self-identity in the review of their life course.The results of the investigation show that strengthening the review of past life experiences of the elderly and rebuilding the social network have an important impact on the improvement of self-identity of village-to-residence elderly.The improvement of self-identity needs long-term intervention.
