江苏省养老资源与居家养老需求的落差分析

Analysis of the Gap Between the Endowment Resources and the Needs of Home-based Endowment in Jiangsu Province

人口老龄化背景下,养老问题日益受到重视。对照分析江苏省养老资源概况及其养老群体的需求现状,发现江苏省居家养老群体的需求与其养老资源存在较大的人力资源及地理落差。据此,在整合现实条件的基础上应不断提升养老资源的流动性并对其进行合理调配,使之达到动态平衡,助力老年群体能够以居家养老的方式安度晚年,使受限于空间地理条件的养老资源能满足更广泛群体的居家养老需求。

Under the background of population ageing,endowment problems have aroused more and more attention.The study compares and analyzes the survey of endowment resources and the needs of the endowment population in Jiangsu Province.It is found that,there is greater gap between the needs of endowment population,and human resource and geography.Therefore,it is suggested to continuously improve the floating of endowment resources and rationally deploy the resources based on the integration realization conditions,to make the resources achieve dynamic equilibrium,and help the elderly to enjoy their old age peacefully by means of home care,so as to make the elderly care resources limited by spatial and geographical conditions meet the home care needs of a wider population.
