基于心理疏导与社工支持的社区“一老一小”心理健康服务体系的建设路径

Construction Path of Community Mental Health Service System of “One Old and One Young” Based on Psychological Counseling and Social Worker Support

面对日益增长的人口老龄化与未成年托育民生需求,“一老一小”工作不断引起重视。基于项目调研问卷及网络层次分析法,了解居民日益增长的养老托育服务需求,发现以“一老一小”心理建设需求为重点,构建代际良性互动的全龄共享友好社区,将成为城市社区更新改造的重要方向。为此应大力推动社区经济发展,统筹社区资本积累;建立社区智囊团,制定长效发展策略;搭建社区“养老+育幼”融合发展信息平台;建立社区综合服务体系;促进多方资源整合,提升服务效率,以不断增强“一老一小”产品和服务的供给能力,更好地匹配和适应不断增长的养老育幼需求。

With the growing aging population and the needs of child nursing,the work of“one old and one young”has attracted increasing attention.Based on the project survey questionnaire and network analytic hierarchy process,the study introduces the increasing needs of residents for nursing care services.It is found that focusing on the psychological construction needs of“one old and one young”,and the construction of sharing friendly communities of all ages with positive intergenerational interaction will become an important direction of urban residential renewal.Therefore,it is necessary to vigorously promote community economic development,coordinate community capital accumulation;establish community think tank,formulate long-term development strategy;build the information platform for the integrated development of“elderly care+childcare”in the community;establish community comprehensive service system;promote the integration of multiple resources and improve service efficiency,so as to continuously enhance the supply capacity of“one old and one small”products and services,so as to better match and adapt to the growing demand for elderly care and childcare.
