新世纪以来我国高校教学管理研究热点分布与前沿演进——基于CiteSpace的可视化知识图谱分析

Hotspot Distribution and Frontier Evolution of Teaching Management Research in Chinese Universities Since the New Century--Analysis of Visual Knowledge Graph Based on CiteSpace

高水平人才的培养离不开高校教师教学能力的提升,教学能力需要依靠管理来监督,管理模式的创新需要与大数据、信息化相结合。运用CiteSpace可视化分析软件对我国高校教学管理研究领域相关文献的发文量、发文期刊、发文作者及机构情况等进行知识图谱分析,通过关键词共现与聚类图谱发现该领域的研究热点集中于信息化、学分制、创新、档案管理、教学质量等方面。为此,政府及相关教育部门应根据我国管理环境的变化,适当调整政策,为高校教学管理创造优良的政策环境。高校间应加强沟通与合作,形成聚合力,推动教学管理融合发展,继续结合信息技术创新教学管理模式。

The improvement of teaching ability relies on the training of high level talents.Teaching ability needs to be supervised by management,and innovation in management models needs to be combined with big data and information.The study uses CiteSpace visualization analysis software to do knowledge graph analysis of the number of published papers,periodicals,authors and institutions of the literature related with teaching management research in Chinese universities.Through keywords co-occurrence and the clustering atlas,it is found that research hotspots concentrate in information,credit,innovation archives management,and teaching quality,etc.Therefore,the government and related education departments should appropriately adjust policies according to the changes of management environment in China to create good political environment for college teaching management.Universities should promote communication and cooperation,form aggregation force,promote the integration development of teaching management,and innovate teaching management model through combining with information technology.
