摘要
结合投入产出理论,运用AHP-TOPSIS模型从师资队伍、条件保障、人才培养、科学研究与成果转化四个方面构建山东省高校产学研合作育人效果评价指标体系。结果表明,山东省高校产学研合作育人效果总体上呈平稳上升态势。从子系统看,2017—2021年其师资队伍及相关条件保障呈现平稳提升态势。2017—2020年人才培养数量持续加速提升,但2021年的提升速度略有下降。科学研究与成果转化呈波动式提升,2021年上升幅度较为明显。
Through combining with the input-output theory,the study uses AHP-TOPSIS model to construct the evaluation index system of the effect of education under industry-university-research cooperation in Shandong Province from four aspects:teaching staff,condition guarantee,talent training,scientific research and achievement transformation.The results show that generally the effect of education under industry-university-research cooperation shows a steady upward trend.From the subsystem point of view,the teaching staff and related conditions guarantee show a steady increasing trend from 2017 to 2021.The number of talent cultivation show a continuous increase trend from 2017 to 2020,but a slight decrease in 2021.Scientific research and achievement transformation show a fluctuation pattern,with a more obvious increase in 2021.
