高校教师校本培训需求现状分析

摘要 校本培训是高校师资队伍建设的关键性因素,有利于高校师资队伍整体素质的提升。为了提升高校教师校本培训的质量及实效性,通过问卷调查形式对已接受过校本培训的高校教师进行校本培训需求现状调研。结果表明,高校教师校本培训需求度处于中等偏上水平,说明高校教师对校本培训的认可程度较高。不同教龄的高校教师在校本培训需求度及培训效果、培训认知、培训态度上存在显著性差异,其需求点有所不同。高校可针对不同教龄的教师提供不同的校本培训内容,并及时把握教师对校本培训内容的接受程度。 School-based training is the key factor of college teaching staff construction,to improve their overall quality.In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of college school-based training,the study does questionnaire survey on the demands for school-based training of college teachers.The results show that the demands for school-based training of college students are at middle and above level,indicating that the acceptance degree of college students on school-based training is high.There is significant difference in the demands for school-based training,training effect,cognition and attitude of college teachers with different teaching years.Their demands are different.Colleges and universities should provide school-based training content for teachers with different teaching years,and timely grasp the acceptance degree of teachers on school-based training content.
