高职院校实践活动对复合型人才培养的影响——以湖南省为例

Influence of Practical Activities in Higher Vocational Colleges on the Training of Compound Talents--Through Taking Hunan Province as an Example

为了解湖南省高职院校实践活动对复合型人才培养的影响,对湖南省多所高职院校各专业学生及负责实践活动的教师进行问卷调查。结果表明,高职院校实践活动对提高学生的实践操作、认知、自我学习、创新等方面能力有积极影响,但在创业能力提升上仍有不足。部分高职院校的实践活动缺乏对创新创业能力培养的内容,且文科学生的参与度低于理工科学生。教师侧重通过综合型、设计型实践项目来培养学生的综合实践能力,在学生的研究及创新能力培养上待提升。高职院校应加强与产业结合较为紧密的创新创业实践内容,引导学生积极参与创新创业大赛等实践活动,在实践中掌握更多的前沿技术及理论,采用项目式及任务驱动式教学方法鼓励学生自主探究。

In order to know the influence of practical activities on the training of compound talents in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province,a questionnaire survey is conducted among the students of various majors and the teachers being responsible for practical activities in many vocational colleges in Hunan Province.The results show that practical activities in higher vocational colleges have a positive impact on the improvement of students’practical operation,cognition,self-learning and innovation,etc.,but there are still deficiencies in the improvement of entrepreneurial ability.The practical activities of some higher vocational colleges lack the content of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the participation of students majoring in liberal arts is lower than that of students majoring in science and engineering.Teachers focus on cultivating students’comprehensive practical ability through comprehensive and design-based practical projects.Students’research and innovation ability should be improved.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship practice content which is closely combined with industry,guide students to actively participate in innovation and entrepreneurship competition,etc.,master more cutting-edge technology and theory in practice,adopt project-type and task-driven teaching methods to encourage students to explore independently.
