SWOT理论下高校俄语课程思政开展现状及路径

Current Situation and Path of Ideological and Political Development of Russian Course in Colleges and Universities Under SWOT Theory

基于SWOT理论,随机抽取50名高校俄语教师进行问卷调查,以此了解高校俄语课程思政的开展现状。调查结果表明,高校俄语课程思政开展的效果较好,俄语课程思政体系建设较为完善,教学方式较为丰富,具备相应的评价机制,这属于优势(S)和机遇(O)。少部分教师认为俄语课程内容与思政元素的结合点难找,说明俄语教师的课程思政挖掘能力还需提升,这属于挑战(T)和劣势(W)。可以SO策略、WT策略为导向,加强俄语教师的课程思政挖掘能力,规避劣势和挑战。

Based on SWOT theory,the study questionnaire survey on 50 Russian teachers in colleges and universities,to know the development situation of Russian course ideology and politics in colleges and universities.The investigation results show that the effect of Russian course ideology and politics of colleges and universities is better.The construction of Russian course ideological and political system is perfect,the teaching methods are rich,and there is corresponding evaluation system.These are the strengths(S)and opportunities(O).A small number of teachers think that the combination of Russian course content and ideological and political elements is difficult to find,indicating that Russian teachers need to improve their ability to explore ideological and political elements in the course.These are the threats(T)and weaknesses(W).It is suggested to take SO and WT strategies as the orientation,promote ideological and political exploration ability of Russian teachers,and avoid disadvantages and challenges.
