理论骨干培养目标下高校理论社团建设评价

Evaluation Research on the Construction of Theoretical Associations in Colleges and Universities Under the Goal of Theoretical Backbone Training

摘要 将理论骨干培养目标纳入高校理论社团建设,从培养体系构建、社团资源、时间维度、空间维度4个子系统入手,构建由13个指标组成的评价指标体系。运用问卷调查方式获取原始数据,利用AHP-模糊综合评价法评价理论骨干培养目标下高校理论社团的建设水平。结果表明,高校理论社团建设水平总体较好,但在社团资源子系统方面的评价水平一般,原因可能在于,社团规模不够大且没有获得足够的师资力量支持。高校应明确理论社团的建设目标,加大对社团的支持力度及宣传力度,吸引更多思想先进的优秀青年加入其中。 The goal of theoretical backbone training is incorporated into the theoretical association construction of colleges and universities,and an evaluation index system consisting of 13 indicators is constructed from 4 sub-systems of training system construction,association resources,time dimension and space dimension.Through using questionnaire,the original data is obtained.Through using AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the level of theoretical community association under the goal of theoretical backbone training is evaluated.The results show that the level of theoretical association construction in colleges and universities is generally good,but the evaluation level of association resources subsystem is not so good.This may be due to the not large community scale and insufficient faculty support.Colleges and universities should clarify the construction targets of theoretical association,promote the support and publicity of the association,and attract more outstanding young people with advanced ideas to join them.
