青岛市碳达峰碳中和的实现路径

Study on the Path of Achieving Peak Carbon Dioxide Emission and Carbon Neutrality in Qingdao City

青岛市于2012年成为全国第二批低碳试点城市,在2021年《“碳中和”中国城市进展报告》中位列前十,随着绿色低碳的发展,青岛市的经济结构持续优化,能源结构加快调整,工业、建筑、交通等重要领域的绿色低碳发展步伐明显加快。但利用人均碳排放、单位GDP碳排放数据对青岛市实现双碳目标的现状进行分析,发现其仍处于碳达峰平台期。青岛市应根据自身发展优势与减碳工作特点,从推进能源结构迭代升级、推动碳交易与碳金融重点建设、深耕海洋碳汇特色优势、锚准城市发展定位等路径着手,以更好地实现双碳目标。

Qingdao city has become one of the second branch of low carbon pilot cities in 2012,and ranks top ten of“’carbon neutralization’China’s urban progress report”.With the development of green low carbon,Qingdao City has continuously optimized economic structure,increased the adjustment of energy structure,and obviously accelerated the development pace of green low carbon in industry,construction and transportation,etc.Through using per capita carbon emission,and unit GDP carbon emission data,the study analyzes the present situation of the achievement of dual carbon objective in Qingdao City,which is still in peak carbon emission stage.Qingdao City should utilize its own development advantages and carbon reduction characteristics,advance the iterative upgrading of the energy structure,promote the important construction of carbon trade and finance,explore the characteristics of ocean carbon sink,and clarify urban development orientation,etc.to better achieve dual carbon objective.
