注浆技术在浅埋暗挖法穿堤处理地面塌陷中的应用

摘要 水利工程穿堤建筑物施工质量直接关系到堤防的安全,在以浅埋暗挖法穿堤施工时更要关注地层土质的自稳性,当遇到土质较差或复杂地层时,需要通过注浆对开挖面及以上地层土质进行加固改良。在南水北调中线向永定河生态补水工程浅埋暗挖穿堤施工地面塌陷处理中,通过地表注浆与洞内加长小导管超前注浆相结合,验证了采用注浆技术改良地层土质后再进行浅埋暗挖施工完全可行。该法施工简便,效益显著。 The construction quality of embankment crossing in water conservancy projects directly affects the safety of the embankment.In the case of using the shallow buried trenchless method for embankment crossing,the stability of the underlying soil strata should be carefully considered.When encountering poor or complex soil conditions,grouting is necessary to reinforce and improve the excavated face and the soil layers above it.In the treatment of surface subsidence during the construction of the ecological water replenishment project from the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to Yongding River,the combination of surface grouting and advanced grouting with extended small conduits inside the boreholes has been successfully applied.It has been verified that the use of grouting technology to improve the soil conditions before performing shallow buried trenchless construction is completely feasible.This method is simple to implement and yields significant benefits.
