浅谈数字孪生水利工程建设框架构建

A brief discussion on the construction framework of digital twin water conservancy project

数字孪生水利工程建设是水利部近期开展的数字孪生建设重点工作之一。为规范数字孪生水利工程建设,统一标准,结合水利部印发的《数字孪生水利工程建设技术导则(试行)》,从数字孪生水利工程定义出发,探讨数字孪生水利工程内涵本质。通过对工程建设要求分析,明确建设目标和建设内容,详述数字孪生工程建设总体框架结构,对数字孪生平台建设所涉及的关键技术进行总结。

The construction of digital twin water conservancy project is one of the key works of digital twin construction recently carried out by the Ministry of Water Resources.In order to standardize the construction of digital twin water conservancy projects and unify the standards,combined with the“Digital twin Water Conservancy project Construction Technical Guidelines(Trial)”issued by the Ministry of Water Resources,the connotation and essence of digital twin water conservancy projects are discussed from the definition of digital twin water conservancy projects.Through the analysis of project construction requirements,the construction objectives and construction contents are clearly defined,the overall framework structure of digital twin project construction is detailed,and the key technologies involved in the construction of digital twin platform are summarized.
