Analysis of inclusions and precipitates in high strength and efficiency non-oriented silicon steel containing Ce and Cu

摘要 设计并制备了含Cu和Ce的高强高效无取向硅钢。通过热力学计算、FactSage和JmatPro相图计算以及扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等研究了不同Cu含量的含Ce无取向硅钢中夹杂物和析出相粒子性质。结果表明:Ce的添加降低了试验钢中富Cu析出相的开始析出温度。Cu含量不仅影响富Cu析出相的尺寸、数量而且影响其形态,如1.24%Cu含量的钢中富Cu析出相尺寸细小、呈球状,2.24%Cu含量的钢中富Cu析出相尺寸较大且出现短棒状形态。Ce的添加改变了AlN、Al_(2)O_(3)等夹杂物的形态和尺寸,使夹杂物变性,降低了夹杂物对试验钢磁性能的有害影响。 High strength and efficiency non-oriented silicon steel containing Cu and Ce was designed and prepared.The properties of inclusions and precipitated phase particles in Ce containing non-oriented silicon steel with different Cu contents were studied by thermodynamic calculations,FactSage and JmatPro phase diagram calculations,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)analysis.The results show that the addition of Ce reduces the initial precipitation temperature of Cu-rich precipitates in the experimental steel.Cu content not only affects the size and quantity of Curich precipitates,but also affects their morphology.For example,in the steel with a 1.24%Cu content,the Cu-rich precipitates are small and spherical in size,while in the steel with a 2.24%Cu content,the Cu-rich precipitates have a larger size and a short rod shape.The addition of Ce changes the morphology and size of inclusions such as AlN and Al_(2)O_(3),modifies the inclusions,and reduces the harmful effect of them on the magnetic properties of the experimental steel.
