摘要
针对伯方煤矿3503工作面煤层底板松软、沿走向方向坡度起伏较大,造成工作面推进过程中刮板输送机出现严重飘溜,影响工作面正常生产的问题,结合工作面生产实际情况及“三机”设备受力状态,分析了工作面刮板输送机飘溜原因,并制定了临时性生产工艺调整措施及设备结构优化改造方案。应用效果表明,设备结构改造后,从根本上解决了刮板输送机飘溜问题,工作面实现了正常开采。
In view of the serious scraper conveyor drifting in the process of advancing the working face caused by the soft coal seam floor and large slope fluctuation along the strike direction in 3503 working face of Bofang Colliery,the paper present the temporary production process adjustment measures and equipment structure optimization and transformation scheme on the basis of the actual production situation of the working face and the stress state of the"three machines"equipment and by analysis of the causes of scraper conveyor,whose application results show that after the structural transformation of the equipment,the scraper conveyor drifting is fundamentally solved and the normal mining at the working face is realized.
