摘要
以山西铺龙湾煤业有限公司5206运输巷为工程实例,该巷受采深、软岩、采动、渗水等不利影响,导致原支护稳定性差,拟改进采用锚网索+U型钢棚+注浆联合支护方式;现场监测表明,优化后巷道最大顶底板及两帮位移分别下降了71.9%、33.3%、76.7%,最大主应力增加了16.7%,巷道断面平均收敛率为6.4%;巷道稳定性得到明显提升,保证了矿井的安全生产。
Aiming at the poor stability of the original support due to the influence of mining depth,soft rock,mining and water seepage in 5206 transport roadway of Pulongwan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the paper presents the combined support with bolt-mesh-cable,U-typed steel shed and grouting,whose field monitoring shows that the maximum displacement of roof,floor and two side decreases by 71.9%,33.3%and 76.7%respectively and the maximum principle stress increases by 16.7%with average convergence rate of 6.4%in roadway section,improving the roadway stability remarkably and ensuring the safety production.
