摘要
为确保新景煤矿15026进风巷安全高效通过陷落柱构造,根据类似工程经验及现场实际条件,确定巷道过陷落柱采用“超前预注浆+锚索网支护”的联合支护方案,并通过FLAC3D数值模拟软件验证了联合支护方案的控制效果。现场应用结果表明,巷道过陷落柱时的顶底板的最大变形量为164 mm,两帮的最大变形量为78 mm,整体变形量较小,满足巷道安全快速掘进需求。
In order to ensure the safe and efficient subsided column crossing at 15026 intake airway of Xinjing Colliery,the author proposes the combined support scheme of advanced pre-grouting and bolt-mesh-cable support for crossing subsided column according to similar engineering experience and actual conditions on site,whose control effect is verified by FLAC3D numerical simulation software and the field application results showing that the maximum deformation of the roof and floor is 164 mm,and the two sides is 78mm in crossing the subsided column with small overall deformation,meeting the needs of safe and rapid roadway excavation.
