摘要
天地王坡煤矿综采工作面液压支架回撤时,采空区侧仍然使用单体棚、木点柱进行维护,存在着工人劳动强度大、危险系数高等问题,且对液压支架的回收速度有一定的影响。为此,提出使用液压支架替代单体棚、木垛的支护方式,采用新的回撤掩护工艺可以减少液压支架的回撤时间,使操作工人的安全得到很大的改善,减人、提效、增安效果显著。
Aiming at large labor intensity,high risk coefficient and certain influence on the recovery speed during the hydraulic support withdrawal with single shed and wood pillar maintaining the goaf side at the fully mechanized working face of Tiandi Wangpo Colliery,the authors propose the hydraulic support instead of the support method with single shed and wood crib,which can reduce the withdrawal time of hydraulic support and greatly improve the safety of operators with remarkable effects of labor reduction,efficiency and safety improvement.
