薄煤层综采工作面充填开采技术可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据莒山矿9号煤层开采技术条件,对9号煤层综采工作面充填开采技术可行性进行了研究。通过不同充填方式的对比,初步确定选用膏体泵送充填技术,分析了充填工作面参数,给出了充填工作面顶板控制措施。通过理论分析确定充填体28 d的强度大于1 MPa,膏体长期强度应大于2 MPa,探讨了充填开采工艺。为后续工作面绿色安全开采提供依据。 According to the mining technical conditions of No.9 coal seam in Jushan Colliery,the paper makes a feasibility study on the filling mining technology at fully-mechanized working face,in which filling technology with paste pumping is determined through the comparison of different filling methods,and the roof control measures of the filling working face are proposed by analysis of the parameters of the filling working face with 28 d strength of the filling body greater than 1 MPa and the long-term strength of the paste greater than 2 MPa,providing a basis for the green and safe mining of the subsequent working face.
