李雅庄煤矿充填沿空留巷及支护设计应用

摘要 以李雅庄煤矿2-616运输顺槽充填沿空留巷加补强支护为工程背景,采用理论分析和工程实践的方法对运输顺槽留巷参数及支护方式进行研究,最终确定混凝土墙体断面尺寸为3200 mm×2000 mm,采用半原位沿空留巷的方式,最终留巷宽度为4800 mm。给出的补强支护方式获得较好的留巷支护效果。实践表明在工作面后方30 m左右变形速率最大。在工作面后方120 m以外巷道变形量趋于稳定,顺槽累积变形量较小,满足留巷巷道使用要求。 By theoretical analysis and engineering practice,the author makes a study on the parameters of filling entry gob-side retaining and reinforcing support methods in 2-616 conveyor crossheading of Liyazhuang Colliery,in which the section size of concrete wall is determined to be 3200 mm×2000 mm,and the semi-in-situ gob-side entry retaining method is adopted with the final width of the retained lane of 4800 mm,and whose application practice shows that the maximum deformation rate is about 30 m behind the working face,the deformation outside120 m behind the working face tends to be stable with small cumulative deformation,meeting the use requirements of the retaining roadway.
