摘要
针对近距离煤层巷道围岩破碎稳定性差的问题,本文以西铭矿48709工作面巷道地质条件为背景,采用理论分析、现场实践等方法对巷道围岩注浆加固技术进行了探讨;拟定巷道注浆方案,巷道共施工450 m,注浆约2100个钻孔,注浆量432 t;注浆后对巷道围岩进行监测,其中顶板下沉量最大为135 mm,两帮变形量最大为168 mm;注浆后巷道围岩稳定性明显改善。
Aiming at the broken surrounding rock and poor stability in close-distance coal seam roadway in 48709 working face of Ximing Colliery,the paper presents the grouting reinforcement technology on roadway surrounding rock by means of theoretical analysis and field practice,in which the roadway is constructed 450 meters with 2100-borehole grouting and 432-ton grouting volume,improving the stability of surrounding rock remarkably with maximum roof subsidence of 135mm and two sides'deformation of 168mm.
