定向钻探在矿井水害防治中应用

摘要 铺龙湾5110工作面运输顺槽存在涌水异常,通过物探,区域内存在水害危险性。为解决该问题,采用定向钻探技术对前方水害进行探放水作业,并进行后期效果考察,得到以下结论:①5110工作面区域内主要水害因素为断层构造导致的。②定向钻孔对5110运输顺槽前方进行探放水作业,排水量72628.8 m3,后期在断层区域开分支进行注浆封堵,有效封堵断层导水通道。③后期实施超前探放水孔,验证定向钻孔水害防治有效,安全掘进80 m。综合分析,定向钻探技术有效解决了5110工作面运输顺槽掘进过程中水害问题,对于其他矿井有一定的指导意义。 Aiming at the abnormal water inflow in conveyor crossheading in 5110 working face of Pulongwan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author propose the directional drilling technology to water detection and release for the front water hazard,whose later effect investigation shows:firstly,the main water hazard at 5110 working face area results from fault structures;secondly,fault water conducting can be effectively plugged through water detection and release for the front water hazard through directional drilling with a displacement of 72628.8 m3 and branch grouting and plugging in the fault area;thirdly,the directional drilling is verified effective in preventing and controlling water hazard through advanced exploration and drainage borehole with 80-meter safe excavation,effectively solving the problem of water hazard during the conveyor crossheading in 5110 working face and providing a guidance for other mines.
