摘要 综掘工作面是矿井主要的产尘源之一;本文以大阳泉矿运输顺槽综掘面为工程实例,其产尘点主要包含掘进机截割头、迎头底板、星轮、转载机等四个地点;通过采用除尘风机和附壁风筒综合除尘治理技术后,在综掘面司机处对呼尘的降尘率达到了93.6%,即从439.8 mg/m^(3)降低到28.2 mg/m^(3);全尘浓度除尘率达到了93.9%,即从736.3 mg/m^(3)降低到45.1 mg/m^(3);在除尘风机出风口后方3 m处对全尘和呼尘的降尘率分别为94.3%和92.3%。 Fully mechanized excavation working face is one of the main sources of dust production in mines.Taking the fully mechanized excavation face along the transportation channel of Dayangquan Mine as an engineering example,this article analyzes that its dust production points mainly include four locations:the cutting head of the excavation machine,the front bottom plate,the star wheel,and the transfer machine,and proposes comprehensive dust removal treatment technology by using dust removal fans and wall attached air ducts.The practical application shows that the dust reduction rate of exhaled dust at the driver of the comprehensive excavation face has reached 93.6%,which has decreased from 439.8 mg/m^(3) to 28.2 mg/m^(3),the total dust concentration dust removal rate has reached 93.9%,which has decreased from 736.3 mg/m^(3) to 45.1 mg/m^(3),the dust reduction rates for total dust and exhaled dust are 94.3%and 92.3%,respectively,at a distance of 3 m behind the outlet of the dust removal fan.
