摘要
综采工作面采煤机司机处粉尘浓度高于其他作业地点。针对杜儿坪矿62517工作面不同尘源设计了煤层注水、采煤机尘源联动喷雾、液压支架架间喷雾、回风巷全断面水幕帘和转载点封闭喷雾治理措施,在采煤机司机处的全尘和呼尘浓度从1219 mg/m^(3)和654.4 mg/m^(3)降低至86 mg/m^(3)和53.9 mg/m^(3),降尘率分别为92.9%和91.8%;在回风巷全断面水幕帘后5 m处,全尘和呼尘浓度从952.4 mg/m^(3)和537.5 mg/m^(3)降低到52.7 mg/m^(3)和30.7 mg/m^(3),降尘率分别为94.5%和94.3%。
The dust concentration at the driver's position of the fully mechanized mining face is higher than that at other operating locations.According to different dust sources,the paper designs the control measures of coal seam water injection,coal cutter dust source linkage spray,spray between hydraulic supports,full section water curtain in return air lane and closed spray at transfer points,whose results show that the total dust and exhaled dust concentrations at the coal mining machine driver's location decreases from 1219 mg/m^(3)and 654.4 mg/m^(3)to 86 mg/m^(3)and 53.9 mg/m^(3),with dust reduction rates of 92.9%and 91.8%,respectively,at 5 meters behind the full section water curtain in the return air tunnel,the total dust and exhaled dust concentrations decreases from 952.4 mg/m^(3)and 537.5 mg/m^(3)to 52.7 mg/m^(3)and 30.7 mg/m^(3),with dust reduction rates of 94.5%and 94.3%,respectively.
