摘要
以新景矿15026综掘工作面为例,研究了在工作面长压短抽混合式通风方式下的粉尘浓度和粒径分布特征。在没有开启任何降尘措施的条件下实测表明,迎头总粉尘浓度范围为300~440 mg/m^(3),总粉尘浓度在掘进机机身后5 m处的回风侧最高,其次是抽出式风筒入口处和掘进机司机处;呼吸性粉尘浓度范围为135~225 mg/m^(3),抽出式风筒入口处粉尘浓度最高,其次是回风侧和掘进机司机处。抽出式风筒入口处的呼吸性粉尘占比最高,其次是掘进机司机处和回风侧掘进机机身后5 m处。不同范围内的粉尘占比最多的是大于10μm的颗粒粉尘,最少的是0~2μm的最小粒径颗粒。可以看出,15026综掘面粉尘浓度严重超标,需要采用多种降尘措施综合治理粉尘。
Taking the 15026 fully mechanized excavation working face of Xinjing Colliery as an example,the author studies the dust concentration and particle size distribution characteristics under the mixed ventilation method of long pressure and short extraction in the working face,and determines that the dust concentration in the 15026 fully mechanized excavation face seriously exceeds the standard,and multiple dust reduction measures are needed to comprehensively control the dust.The specific data are as follows:under the condition of no dust reduction measures being activated,the actual measurement shows that the total dust concentration range in the front is 300~440 mg/m^(3).The total dust concentration is highest on the return air side at 5 meters behind the body of the tunneling machine,followed by the inlet of the extraction air duct and the driver of the tunneling machine.The concentration range of respiratory dust is 135~225 mg/m^(3),with the highest dust concentration at the inlet of the exhaust air duct,followed by the return air side and the driver of the tunneling machine.The proportion of respirable dust at the inlet of the exhaust air duct is the highest,followed by the driver of the tunneling machine and 5 meters behind the return air side of the tunneling machine body.The highest proportion of dust in different ranges is greater than 10μm while the minimum particle dust of m is 0~2μm.
