摘要
分析了华阳一矿8412进风巷掘进工作面通风除尘现状,在巷道两侧布置抽风筒、巷道顶部中间布置压入式风筒以及附壁风筒作为通风除尘优化方案。应用结果表明,在不同测点处的除尘率都达到了91%以上,在掘进机司机后20 m处,因附壁风筒形成旋转风幕的阻隔作用,粉尘浓度从342.8 mg/m^(3)降低到了14.1 mg/m^(3),除尘率高达95.9%,优化了的通风除尘系统能够较好地治理工作面粉尘。
The article analyzes the current situation of ventilation and dust removal in the 8412 intake tunnel excavation face of Huayang No.1 Mine,and proposes an optimized dust removal plan for ventilation by arranging exhaust ducts on both sides of the tunnel,pressure type ducts and wall attached ducts in the middle of the tunnel top,whose application results show that the dust removal rate at different measurement points has reached over 91%.At a distance of 20 meters behind the driver of the tunneling machine,due to the blocking effect of the rotating air curtain formed by the attached wall air duct,the dust concentration has decreased from 342.8 mg/m^(3) to 14.1 mg/m^(3),with a dust removal rate of 95.9%.The optimized ventilation and dust removal system can effectively control the dust of working face.
