摘要
掌握粉尘扩散特征对粉尘防治有重要意义。通过在马兰煤矿采掘工作面设定多个测尘点采取粉尘样品,测定粉尘浓度和粉尘粒径分布特征。结果表明,采煤机下风侧10 m处粉尘浓度最高,随粉尘运移距离增加粉尘浓度有所降低,回风巷内部的粉尘浓度整体低于采煤机附近。掘进机司机处的粉尘浓度最高,回风侧掘进机机身后方5 m和10 m处粉尘浓度逐渐降低。距离产尘源头越远的位置粉尘中位径越小。采掘工作面粉尘浓度较高,均超过了《煤矿安全规程》规定的允许浓度,需要在工作面采用多种降尘措施治理粉尘。
Mastering the characteristics of dust diffusion is of great significance for dust prevention and control.By setting multiple dust measurement points at the mining face of Malan Colliery to take dust samples,the article measures the dust concentration and particle size distribution characteristics,whose results show that the concentration of dust in mining work is relatively high,exceeding the allowable concentration specified in the"Coal Mine Safety Regulations",and thereby various dust reduction measures should be adopted to control dust in the working face.The dust concentration is highest at 10 meters on the downwind side of the coal mining machine,and decreases with the increase of dust transport distance.The dust concentration inside the return air tunnel is generally lower than near the coal mining machine.The dust concentration at the driver's side of the tunneling machine is the highest,and the dust concentration gradually decreases at 5 meters and 10 meters behind the body of the tunneling machine on the return air side.The farther away from the source of dust production,the smaller the median diameter of the dust.
