摘要 基于长春兴煤矿601工作面回采期间运输顺槽卸载点粉尘浓度高、治理难度大以及能见度低等技术难题,通过技术研究决定对原喷雾降尘系统进行优化改进,安装一套自动泡沫抑尘系统,分析了该系统结构组成以及工作原理。从现场实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后大大降低了卸载点粉尘浓度,实现了采掘工作面卸载点粉尘自动化管理,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the technical problems such as high dust concentration,difficult treatment and low visibility at the unloading point of the transport chute during the mining of the 601 working face of Changchunxing Colliery,through technical research,the author optimizes and improves the original spray dust suppression system,installs an automatic foam dust suppression system,and analyzes the structure and working principle of the system,which greatly reduces the dust concentration at the unloading point,achieves the automated management of dust at the unloading point of the mining face and obtains significant application results.
