摘要
为确保煤矿安全生产,减少粉尘对井下作业人员的健康威胁,利用井下现有压风和静压水管路,使静压水与压缩空气按比例混合,静压水在高压空气作用下向外喷出,形成以喷头为圆心直径约1 m的雾状射流。在喷头内侧形成一个低压区域,将外界高浓度含尘气流引入喷射装置内部,继而随着喷雾射流喷出,粉尘颗粒捕捉湿润,由此循环净化使其沉降。根据现场测定结果,采用该技术全尘质量浓度平均降尘效率达82.78%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率达85.6%,高浓度粉尘得到有效净化,作业环境得到显著改善。
To ensure the safety of coal mine production and reduce the health threat of dust to underground workers,the article proposes to use the existing pressurized air and water pipelines underground to mix the pressurized water and compressed air in proportion.The pressurized water is sprayed outward under the action of high-pressure air,forming a mist like jet with a diameter of about 1 meter centered on the nozzle.A low-pressure area is formed at the inner side of the nozzle,which introduces the outside high concentration dust laden air flow into the injection device,and then with the spray jet,the dust particles are captured and wetted,so that they can be recycled and purified to settle.The on-site measurement results show that the average dust reduction efficiency of the total dust concentration is 82.78%,and the dust reduction efficiency of respiratory dust is 85.6%,which effectively purifies high concentration dust and significantly improves the working environment.
