摘要
为简化非直线运输巷道运输系统,减少装机容量,提质增效。针对非直线巷道运输系统若采用传统多部带式输送机的布置方式,设备需求量大、运输系统较复杂,不仅配备岗位多,而且增加检修工的检修工作等问题。通过分析带式输送机转弯装置的工作原理和结构特点,研制带式输送机转弯装置,现场应用后,解决因运输巷道不直,造成两部或多部带式输送机搭接问题,实现带式输送机转弯运行,年节约成本135.2万元。
In order to simplify the transportation system of non-linear transportation tunnels,reduce installed capacity,improve quality and efficiency,the article analyzes the working principle and structural characteristics of the belt conveyor turning device,and develops the belt conveyor turning device,which solves the problem of two or more belt conveyors overlapping due to the unevenness of the transportation roadway,achieves the turning operation of the belt conveyor,and saves an annual cost of 1.352 million yuan.
