摘要
针对五阳煤矿带式输送机控制系统落后,控制精确性差的不足,提出了一种新的带式输送机综合控制技术方案,利用永磁电机直接驱动技术、智能张紧技术、输送带撕裂自动监测技术等实现对输送机系统的优化升级,提升输送机系统在不同运行状态下的可靠性。根据五阳煤矿实际验证表明新的输送机综合控制技术能够将输送机运行时的故障率降低81.8%,将运行时的能耗降低9%,对提升运输经济性和可靠性具有十分重要的意义。
In view of the backwardness and poor control accuracy of the belt conveyor control system in Wuyang Colliery,the article proposes a new comprehensive control technology scheme for belt conveyors,which utilizes permanent magnet motor direct drive technology,intelligent tensioning technology,automatic monitoring technology for conveyor belt tearing,etc.to optimize and upgrade the conveyor system and improve its reliability under different operating conditions.Practical verification shows that the new comprehensive control technology for conveyors can reduce the failure rate during operation by 81.8%and reduce energy consumption by 9%,which is of great significance for improving transportation economy and reliability.
