制药企业绿色技术创新影响因素研究

Research on influencing factors of green technology innovation in pharmaceutical enterprises

目的为了提高制药企业绿色技术创新能力,发展绿色经济,深入研究影响制药企业绿色技术创新的因素,针对不同的影响因素,构建评价模型。方法分析影响制药企业绿色技术创新的因素,通过梳理文献,结合专家访谈,建立影响因素指标体系,基于模糊群决策的制药企业绿色技术创新影响因素构建了评价模型,科学地评价各影响因素。结果总结出了4个主要影响因素:企业技术能力、企业管理能力、市场情况、政策与制度;建立了影响因素评价模型,同时将定性问题定量化,对模型开展了实例分析。结论利用模糊群决策方法,构建了科学的评价体系,科学、合理地评价了4大类影响制药企业绿色技术创新的因素。按照因素重要程度,分别给制药企业提供了合理的建议,以便于促进制药企业的绿色技术创新水平,贯彻可持续发展理念。

Objective To improve the pharmaceutical enterprises'green technology innovation ability and develop the green economy,also to study the factors that influence the green technology innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises,which need to establish the model to evaluate.Methods It analyzed the factors which impact the green technology innovation in pharmaceutical enterprises.By combing the literature and combining with expert interviews,the index system of influencing factors was established,and the evaluation model of influencing factors of green technology innovation in pharmaceutical enterprises was constructed based on fuzzy group decision-making.Results Four main influencing factors were summarized:technical ability,management ability,market situation,policy and system;At the same time,the qualitative problems are quantified,and the model is analyzed with examples.Conclusions A scientific evaluation system is constructed through the decision-making method about fuzzy group,and the four kinds of pharmaceutical enterprises'factors which influence the green technology innovation are scientifically and reasonably evaluated.According to the importance of the factors,reasonable suggestions are provided for pharmaceutical enterprises,which are to promote the level of green technology innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises.
