《喇嘛说》碑底本考

Research on the Original Text of the Lama shuo Stele

御制《喇嘛说》碑写于乾隆五十七年(1792年),碑文刻以汉、满、蒙古、藏4种文字.其中,与乾隆帝直接相关的,以及给各地大臣颁发的书卷均为汉文,且汉文碑文有些夹注与《元史》《明史》内容相同.结合四体碑文对勘,充分利用多语种文本之互证互补要素,可考证该碑底本为汉文本,而非满文本.

The Imperial Inscription of Lama shuo was commissioned in the fifty-seventh year of the Emperor Qianlong period.The inscription was carved in four scripts:Chinese,Manchu,Mongolian,and Tibetan.Upon examining the hand-written scrolls of the Lama shuo by the Emperor Qianlong and related Manchu documents,as well as the scrolls issued to local ministers in various regions,it is evident that they were all in Chinese.Additionally,some annotations in the Chinese inscription are similar to the content found in Yuan shi and Ming shi.By combining this information with the examination of the quadrilingual inscriptions,and making full use of the complementary elements of the multi-lingual texts,it can be concluded that the original text of the inscription is written in Chinese,rather than Manchu.
