不同骨面型错[牙合]畸形患者尖牙冠根成角特征

The study of the crown root angle of canines in different skeletal pattern malocclusion patients

摘要 目的:研究不同骨面型错[牙合]畸形患者上下颌尖牙的冠根角度。方法:选择135例成人错[牙合]畸形患者作为研究对象,根据矢状骨面型及垂直骨面型分为9个小组。比较9个小组间上下颌尖牙的冠根角度是否存在差异,分析上下颌尖牙冠根成角与矢状骨面型及垂直骨面型的相关性。结果:上、下颌尖牙的冠根角在各组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。上颌尖牙冠根角度与矢状骨面型呈负相关,下颌尖牙冠根角度与垂直骨面型呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:正畸医生在使用非个性化设计固定矫治器时,可参照不同矢状向与垂直向错[牙合]类型的冠根成角规律,力争对尖牙的控制更加精准。 Objective:To study the crown root angle in maxillary and mandibular canines of malocclusion patients with different skeletal patterns.Methods:Totally 135 adult patients with malocclusion were selected as subjects and divided into 9 groups according to sagittal and vertical skeletal patterns.The crown root angles of canines in 9 groups were compared.Results:The difference of crown root angle between the upper and lower canine was statistically significant among the 9 groups(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between the crown root angle of maxillary canine and the sagittal skeletal pattern,and the crown root angle of mandibular canine and the vertical skeletal pattern(P<0.05).Conclusion:When using non⁃personalized fixed appliance,orthodontists can refer to different crown root angulation regulation in sagittal and vertical skeletal patterns of malocclusion patients to control canines more accurately.
