我国主要区域协作机器人产业政策分析

Analysis on Industrial Policy of Collaborative Robot in Major Regions of China

近年来,全球协作机器人新增装机量大幅增长,国家和全国各主要省市先后发布了促进协作机器人产业发展的政策。为深入了解各地方协作机器人产业政策特点,剖析产业政策对地方产业的影响,文章以我国主要区域协作机器人产业相关政策为研究对象,采用政策分析工具,研究政策总体特征、工具维度分布和创新链维度分布,找出现有政策工具中存在的问题,从而为各主要区域协作机器人产业发展提出相应的产业政策建议。

In recent years,the number of newly installed collaborative robots in the world has increased significantly,and the nation and major provinces and cities have issued policies to promote the development of collaborative robots industry.In order to deeply understand the characteristics of local collaborative robot industry policies,analyze the impact of industrial policies on industrial development,the article selects the main regional collaborative robot related industrial policy as the research object,using policy analysis tools to study the overall characteristics of policies,policy tools distribution and innovation chain distribution,find out the problems existing in the current policy tools,thus to put forward the corresponding industrial policy suggestions for the development of collaborative robot industry in major regions.
