新能源中型巴士专用10R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计

摘要 介绍新能源中型巴士专用10R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1020 mm,断面宽260mm,行驶面宽度203mm,行驶面弧度高6.3mm,胎圈着合直径569.5mm,胎圈着合宽度203mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.8463,胎面采用4条纵向直线花纹主沟设计,花纹深度15.5 mm,花纹饱和度78.39%,花纹周节数63。施工设计:采用双复合挤出胎面,带束层采用3层3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCST钢丝帘线,采用侧包冠成型工艺,采用液氮热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能达到国家标准和企业标准要求。 The design on 10R22.5 truck and bus radial tire for the new energy medium bus was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1020 mm,cross-sectional width 260 mm,width of running surface 203 mm,arc height of running surface 6.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)0.8463,tread pattern design with 4 longitudinal main grooves,pattern depth 15.5 mm,block/total ratio 78.39%,and number of pattern pitches 63.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:co-extruded tread,3 layers of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for the belt,3×0.24/9×0.225CCST steel cord for the carcass,side crowning process for the tire building,and liquid nitrogen hot plate curing press for the tire curing.The results of the finished tire performance test showed that the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability and high-speed performance of the tire met the requirements of national standards and enterprise standards.
