摘要
目的评价西他沙星在体外对不同细菌的抗菌活性,并与其他药物的抗菌活性进行比较。方法采用纸片扩散法检测西他沙星对本地区临床270株病原菌的体外抗菌活性,并与其他药物的抗菌性作比较。结果西他沙星对肠杆菌目的大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌;非发酵菌的铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌及革兰氏阳性菌中的金黄色葡萄球菌、肠球菌均有一定的抗菌活性,且对部分多重耐药菌的抗菌活性明显高于其他喹诺酮类。结论西他沙星对多种病原菌有良好的抗菌活性。
Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activity of sitafloxacin against different bacteria in vitro and compare it with other drugs.Methods The in vitro antibacterial activities of sitafloxacin against 270 clinical pathogens were detected by disk diffusion(K-B)method,and compared with other drugs.Results Sitafloxacin was effective against Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae of Enterobacteriaceae;Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Acinetobacter baumannii and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Enterococcus.Its activity was significantly higher than other quinolones to treat some multidrug-resistant bacteria.Conclusion Sitafloxacin has good antibacterial activity against a variety of pathogens.
