摘要
针对当前回收皮带或钢缆时费时费力,并且有可能发生安全事故的情况,设计了一种矿用高效卷带机。该矿用卷带机的皮带夹轴套安装在传动轴上,通过提升装置抵消回收完成的皮带给传动轴向下的压力,在机器一侧将传动轴抽出,最后通过吊机将皮带取走,实现回收皮带的机械化、自动化。通过ABAQUS数值模拟软件分析传动轴在转动过程中的受力,结果表明:传动轴经过初始旋转、旋转平衡、旋转稳定三个过程,旋转过程中传动轴方孔尖角表面应力集中,产生真应变较大。
In view of the current situation that the recovery of belt or steel cable is time-consuming and laborious,accompanied by safety accidents,an efficient mining belt winding machine was designed.First,the belt clamping sleeve is installed on the transmission shaft;the transmission shaft is withdrawn at the side of the machine when a lifting device counteracts the downward pressure on the transmission shaft by the recycled belt;finally,the belt is collected by the crane to realize the mechanization and automation of the recovery.On the analysis of the forces on the transmission shaft during rotation by ABAQUS numerical simulation software,the results show that the transmission shaft undergoes three stages:initial rotation,rotational equilibrium,and rotational stability;during the rotation process,the stress on the surface of the square hole of the transmission shaft is concentrated to generate a larger true strain.
