延安时期共产主义青年团引领青年运动的历史经验与当代启示

The Historical Experience and Contemporary Enlightenment of the Communist Youth League Leading the Youth Movement in Yan'an Period

延安时期,受革命形势的驱使,共产主义青年团在党的领导下被改造为西北青年救国会等青年团组织。为了配合建立抗日民族统一战线的需要,动员广大青年参与抗日救亡、推翻国民党反动统治的伟大斗争,共青团组织采用思想引领、政治引领、组织引领、实践引领四个具体方式,引导广大青年主动围绕中心、服务大局。凭借主导性和主体性相统一、广泛性和先锋性相协调、理想性和现实性相结合的特点,共青团组织在宣传抗日救亡、为党培养青年干部、促进边区经济建设等方面取得了卓越成效,为新民主主义革命的胜利贡献了青年力量。回溯历史,新时代的青年团组织更应在永葆政治性、先进性、群众性的基础上,不断坚持党的领导、服务工作大局、紧密联系青年,以更好服务于党和国家的中心工作。

During the Yan'an period,driven by the revolutionary situation,the Communist Youth League was transformed under the leadership of the Party into a youth league organization such as the Northwest Youth Salvation Association.In order to meet the needs of establishing the Chinese united front against Japanese aggression and mobilize the participate of young people in resisting Japan and saving the nation and overthrowing the Kuomintang's reactionary rule,the Communist Youth League adopted four specific ways of ideological guidance,political guidance,organizational guidance and practical guidance to lead the majority of young people to take the initiative to focus on the center and serve the overall situation.With the characteristics of unity of leading and subjectivity,coordination of broadness and pioneering,and combination of idealism and realism,the youth league organization has achieved outstanding results in propagating resistance against Japan and saving the nation,training youth cadres for the Party,and promoting economic construction in the border areas,contributing youth power to the victory of the New Democratic Revolution.Looking back on history,the youth league organization in the new era should continue to adhere to the party's leadership,serve the overall situation of the work,and closely contact the youth on the basis of maintaining political,advanced and mass nature,so as to better serve the central work of the party and the country.
