同行评议是科学研究中重要的质量控制机制,但传统同行评议在发展过程中面临着来自效率与公平等方面的挑战。人工智能(AI)作为一种新兴的技术手段,具备对传统同行评议所产生的问题进行优化与改善的潜力。通过对AI辅助同行评议的相关案例与研究成果进行分析,梳理AI在同行评议中的技术潜力、应用领域以及可能引发的伦理风险和挑战,本文认为,AI辅助同行评议是一种有前景的技术探索,但在实际操作过程中,为了确保AI辅助同行评议的科学性、公正性和可信性,也需要在数据质量、人机协作、伦理规范等方面进行充分的考量和平衡,以期突破传统同行评议的瓶颈。

Peer review is an important quality control mechanism for scientific research,but traditional peer review faces challenges from efficiency and fairness in the development process.As an emerging technology,artificial intelligence(AI)has the potential to optimize traditional peer review.By analyzing relevant cases and research results of AI-assisted peer review,the technical potential,application fields,and possible ethical risks and challenges that maybe triggered by AI in peer review were sorted out.AI-assisted peer review is a promising technological exploration,but to ensure the scientificity,fairness and credibility,it is also necessary to fully consider and balance data quality,human-machine collaboration,and ethical norms in the actual operation process,with a view to breaking through the bottleneck of traditional peer review.
